Not quite white
The moon is a muse
A means to an end
Beating hearts, abuse
The moon, impassive
Left lovers lost
Returned to mock
Dead eyes glossed
On tides, feelings flow
Delights and dismays
Hearts dance in the rays

I love this. Nice rhythm and hits all the tropes of moon-lore. Well done!

I am really tired while reading this poem, so it will take a few more times through to absorb it, but it is very beautiful. I love the use of single word lines.

I really like the rhythm of this.

Oh that was nice! I don't remember reading too many poems from you and while I like your prose, this was cool to see too.

Yeah, I do poetry rarely. I like it to rhyme and tell a story if I can.
