Song: "Brockton" (Introduction)

Getting back into the flow of writing, mostly with wordplay and poems. I'm a creative soul, from childhood to middle age, and my joy is to produce new things the world has never seen before. I'm an educator from the USA working as a college professor of lit and music. I'm learning to love myself little by little.

It’s time to come back, it’s time to come home

I’ll find my way home to Brockton

Though I’ve been away for ever so long,

I think I’ll return to Brockton

With Brockton I’m safe, I’m not misunderstood

It’s never my fault, I’m loved ‘cos I’m good

With Brockton I’m home, not merely a guest

I’m good with any project that he might suggest

I’ll cuddle up safe and snug in my bed

And rest my poor head on Brockton
